Winter Camp 2009Jr. High had a wonderful trip at the end of January. While we would have liked the amount of snow viewed above we still had lots of fun with what was at Hume. The kids enjoyed snowboarding, paintball, ice skating, tubing, the "boxsled blitz", "El Diablo" - the bull ride, and so much more. We were all blessed by our speaker, Ron Merrell, who brought us an incredible message. It really made an impact. 17 students made some type of a decision this year. Praise God for such an impact!
In just a few days our Sr. High group is heading up to Hume for their weekend of fun and learning more from God's word. They will have the snow as it has been storming for several days now.
Winter Camp is a highlight for each student that participates. We pray not only for safety for each student, but also for their lives to be touched in a special way. For God to work in their hearts and grow their relationship with him. It is a unique and wonderful experience for each of us.
